Can I buy a property through Private Properties?
Yes. Selected villas, homes, commercial properties and land are offered for sale. Open Purchase in search, or write to us with the area and budget and we will share what is currently available.
Do you offer long-term rentals in Glyfada and Voula?
Yes. Long-term homes on the Athens Riviera — including Glyfada, Voula, Alimos and Kavouri — are listed under Rent. Tell us the lease length and we shortlist furnished options.
Is every home visited in person?
Yes. We inspect every property before it is published — photographs, access and setting are checked so what you see is what you arrive to.
How fast do you reply?
Typical first reply is around 20 minutes during working hours, and always within the day. You will have one dedicated agent for the search.
What happens after I enquire?
An agent confirms availability with the owner and comes back with terms, paperwork and next steps — usually within the day.
Do you handle land and commercial properties?
